  I grew up on Ledo's - the food is great. And I used to frequent this location when I lived down the street. However, it has gone downhill. Many times I go in, hardly anyone is there (i.e. they are not busy). During the times I've eaten there, it takes longer than it should for someone to come to the table. Once you get your food, sometimes it's like you no longer exist in terms of getting anything else, obtaining the check, etc. They have not seemed super busy with to-go orders during any of these trips, either. The last trip, a to-go order, did it for me. There was one employee there when I walked in; she said the manager wasn't there yet and I'd have to order online (English was not her first language, which is why she was unable to take the order). When I went to the website, it said online ordering is currently unavailable. I showed her the screen, so she called the manager and I had to wait for him to get there. Nothing was ready, so he had to get situated, place the order and take payment. Something was wrong with the terminal and it wouldn't process the card payment. However, I knew it was a merchant issue because I am configured to get activity push notifications and I kept getting those. Nevertheless, he decided to say loudly that my card was declined (in front of another customer waiting) and I need to call my bank. I already knew the answer, but got on chat with Amex and confirmed it was a merchant issue. Showed him the chat text, and he mumbled that he'd try again and it worked (I think he reset something?) No apology, nothing. It's a shame because the food is good, but I'll have to fulfill my craving for it at other locations if I happen across any.

  I recently visited Ledo Pizza and honestly, I was pretty disappointed. I ordered a simple cheese pizza, and it just wasn’t good the taste and quality didn’t meet my expectations at all. For the price, it made it even worse. I paid about $16 for a small pizza, which feels way too expensive for what you get. To be honest, I’d rather grab a slice from 7-Eleven than order this again. Also, when you compare it to places like Domino’s Pizza, where you can often get two large pizzas for around $18, it just doesn’t feel worth it. Overall, not a great experience for the price. I wouldn’t recommend it.

  Ledo is our favorite take-out pizza place. Pizza is unique and excellent!

  Buffalo wings good, ambiance good. Pizza flavorless, cracker crust (normally delicious) consistency of wet cardboard. People I was eating with tried my pizza and agreed the pizza was bad. The sub sandwich was meh.
