It is close to my office, so I only go here if I am crunched for time and need a quick meal. The pick-up orders are never ready on-time (I've shown up on-time, 5 mins late, even up to 20 minutes late, and orders were still "in work"). This forces me to wait, which defeats the purpose of a "pick-up" order, as I usually am in a rush. The service is lacking. They don't provide basic needs (utensils, straws, etc). And it always kind of feels like you're bothering them. I was hoping for a better experience given that the ladies aren't rude, but it just isn't good customer service. Food preparation feels rushed, which is ironic because my orders are never ready. Maybe this isn't the industry for this group...

I asks for a refund and they said come back next week Monday my manager can give you. I will not drive 40 minutes for a refund. People working here don’t know how to manage or run a decent smoothie cafe. This is the second time I had a bad experience at this location. Definitely recommend another location this one is not the one.
