- TLTerence LeeNov 28, 20251.0If I could put zero stars I would. This is the worst Taco Bell customer service ever!!! I was flabbergasted when they gave me an incorrect order and said I was wrong. And then she would not help me and just ignored me. I felt attacked and didn’t feel safe eating in that environment so I forced myself to starve and left. Never go here if you want actual food that your order!!!! Worst customer service everrrrr!!!!

They forgot that I was even there, and I discovered that they never put my order in. When I received my order the tacos were completely broken and I had to eat them with cutlery. I will never return to this horrible establishment that forgets that customers are there and were surprised when I reminded them about my food that I payed for.
