- MMMichelleNov 10, 20251.0Wish I could give 0 stars. This is the worst subway in the Fairfax area because of their lack of customer service and concern for food safety. It’s inside the Walmart shopping mall area. I saw an employee spraying cleaning solution towards my sandwich as they were making it. You would think the employee would know better than to do this while they have someone preparing someone’s food. I saw this and felt uncomfortable so I asked the Hispanic lady if she can remake it and she did not let me. She just looked at me rudely like she didn’t want to entertain the request, smiled, and shrugged. I told her to toss the sandwich away in that case and I left hungry. Manager needs to talk to this employee because this kind of apathy is why this subway absolute sucks. There is a serious lack of customer service and respect for food safety here thanks to staff. Avoid this location at all costs.

Its not like a language barrier its written down on a order form. If you are going to order from this store have it made in front of you. Just look at the other reviews of folks saying there sandwich was made wrong.
