The app showed an ETA of 11:07–11:17 a.m., which was fine — but even 30 minutes past that window, the order was still on the way! I ordered it for an event, and by the time the event ended, the pizza still hadn’t arrived. I’m extremely frustrated because the delivery location is literally just a 4-minute drive away. I’ll never order from here again.

Half of my pizza somehow had original crust and the other half had a hard thin crust. The sauce from the wings was separated into a grease liquid. I didn't eat the wings and couldn't eat all of the slices of pizza (due to crust).
