    Worst Papa John’s, this is the 3rd time our order has been messed up. This will be the last time we order from here. Orders previously have been wrong but edible. These two pizzas, in addition to being sloshed to one side, are cold and soggy.

    If I could give negative stars I would. This is by far the worst Papa John’s I’ve ever been to and that’s saying a lot because most of them are terrible as it is. Every time I order it takes over an hour longer than the estimated time to get my food. The tracker doesn’t update. Service is terrible. No one is around to give you the food. The visit today I went after the estimated time, and they said it would be 25 more minutes. The app took an hour to update to show ready so I went back and they said that they cancelled my order! Never received pizza and the refund didn’t apply. I’ll have to dispute the charge with my credit card.
