The pizzas were fine (albeit small) but I would note that multiple people independently expressed a preference for Dominos (I always thought Paisanos was supposed to be a little better so that feedback is something they should pay attention too). I was quite disappointed in the boneless chicken bites - they were quite small for the price and there was not enough sauce on any order (to the point you had sauceless bites even after scraping the bottom) - they also came in a container half the size of what I normally receive. I don’t typically buy from this location so I wonder on the chicken if it is sourcing differently than other locations. Delivery was on time and driver was good.

Part of my order did not arrive when they delivered everything. When I called them to let them know I was missing items they acknowledged that they forgot the items and asked if I could come pick them up (after I had paid a delivery fee). When I told them no and asked for a refund for the missing items they said they weren’t sure how to do that and would see what they could do. This is an unacceptable solution to ask the customer to come pick up the items that you forgot to deliver. If I don’t get refunded for my missing food, I unfortunately will not be ordering from paisanos again.
