Corporate is advertising a veterans day promotion yet this restaurant is understaffed, tons of unbussed tables and a waitstaff that isn't moving with a purpose. Been here 2 hours and still do not have our food. My inside person wants to start helping them.

We were given free bread to start and ordered a bloomin onion 🧅. We didn’t realize how big it was and the server said that there’s a secret to ordering appetizers and you can order a half size if you don’t want the full size order. It’s not listed on the menu, but it’s an option. Our server was great, but we had some issues with the table being really dirty when we were seated— and the steak being extremely undercooked (despite our request for medium-well). The server and management were able to make the necessary adjustments to our meal and we left with full stomachs. Great experience and great customer service.
