The only thing I always have an issue with is getting the appetizer at the same time you get your normal meal- we did order it first thing and waited to order. That's a little frustrating, but other than that everything else was really great!

I tried reaching out to Outback's corporate office, but have not received any response. I do not recommend eating here - they are not bothering to clean their wings properly and proceeded to cook them with so many visible feathers attached. My guests were grossed out and it was an overall disappointment and waste of money.
