  A huge shout out to Colin! Colin made our visit extra special. He was patient, shared menu options and even shared his favorite dishes. I visited the Chantilly location last weekend. Both locations provided quality customer service, a great atmosphere, and great food. I ordered the same meal as I did last weekend and it was prepared exceptionally well. The Cowboy Ribeye burger was cooked to perfection; juicy and flavorful. Colin suggested the Tropical drink and the inside out quesadilla and both were equally delicious! The quesadilla had a generous portion of shredded chicken and the Tropical drink was packed with tropical flavor; the coconut was present but subtle. I plan to visit one of the locations for brunch next weekend. The brunch menu options looked very appetizing.

  Had dinner at Lazy Dog at Fair Oaks Mall recently. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and a side of Cajun fries, and my wife ordered the chicken tinga nachos. The Cajun fries initially came out lukewarm, but after mentioning it to our server, another server quickly brought out a fresh batch, which I appreciated. My burger also came out without the bacon that was ordered, but when I mentioned it, the staff brought out a plate with three strips. The bacon was cold when it arrived, but the server explained it’s stored that way and was happy to warm it up for me, which he did right away. My wife had a similar timing issue with her meal. She requested sour cream when she ordered the nachos, but it didn’t arrive until she was almost finished eating. Overall, the staff had great attitudes and were very willing to fix anything that came up, which we appreciated. That said, the experience would have been better if the food had come out hot the first time and if requested condiments had been brought out with the meals instead of needing reminders. Good service attitude from the team, but a little more attention to those details would go a long way.

  1-THOUSAND STAR 💫 REVIEW! My family and I had THE most incredible and immaculate dining experience at the Lazy Dog. Maria as our server was spectacular, her energy was phenomenal. Barry was the manager on duty, he came by to check in and we couldn’t say enough great things. The Bartender was ON POINT with the best mocktail my has wife had had her entire pregnancy. 🍾 presentation was MINT for me. The food was off the charts…like absolutely banging! THANK YOU ALL FOR SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

  The food was good... not great, the service was good, and the atmosphere was amazing. The reason for the low score was we were waiting an hour for our food, my wife and I got our food, then my mom, step-dad and nephew got theirs 5 minutes later. Our server was very nice and we did not blame him, and the manager was fantastic, both showed professionalism and were very kind, I blamed it on the kitchen. We had two tables that came in later at a larger party that got their food before us. I hope to come back and edit my review to a better score. I did enjoy the sauces they bring out, but as we were leaving someone dropped some liquid and it spilled on my wife, and some spilled on my head, and though they apologized, it was an interesting moment.

  My family of five makes it a point to visit Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar - Fairfax at least once a month, and honestly, it’s worth the hour drive every single time. We don’t just come for the food. we come because we feel appreciated, and taken care of from the moment we walk in. During our visit today, we had the absolute pleasure of being served by Hannah, and she truly made our experience unforgettable. She greeted us with the warmest smile, was incredibly attentive, and checked on us often without ever making us feel rushed. What stood out most was how carefully she handled our order. she made sure every detail was correct, and everything came out perfectly. In the past, we’ve occasionally had to send back a dish or two for timing or preparation, but today everything was spot-on thanks to her attention and care. We were also celebrating my son’s birthday, and Hannah went above and beyond to make it feel special. She brought such positive energy to our table and made the whole celebration feel personal and memorable. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and that kind of service is rare these days. I eat out often, and I can honestly say she is one of the best servers I’ve ever had. If you’re planning a visit, do yourself a favor and ask for Hannah. she will make your experience amazing. This location continues to impress us month after month, and today just confirmed why we keep coming back!
