Then, it takes 10 mins to get my order. there were a total of only three people ordering, why is it taking so long. They never make my coffee the same since they are always switching out staff. To top it all off my coffee cup was broken on the bottom so it was leaking out, i had to go to shake smart and ask for a cup.
