  Nice atmosphere for fun. Service is okay. Food was not that good. Burgers were over cooked and rubbery, but edible. Used to be better. The games are fun and the tickets prizes are overpriced as usual. What got me was the deal they give you if you buy food and the card. If you have a group where they charge a tip automatically then you tip for the card credits as well. We had about 9 people eat. Which would typically be a $40 to our so without alcohol, but we HAD to leave $85 for mediocre service and mediocre food. Very shady and horrible to retain anyone coming back in groups.

  I was blown away by the customer service at Dave & Busters Fairfax. I normally don’t write reviews unless it is absolutely above and beyond and Mike deserves 5 stars and more. Came in for my little brother’s birthday, had to purchase 4 cards, and the transaction ended up being tricky- Mike ensured it was complete and everything came out to perfection. THANK YOU

  It's been 4 days since my wife and I visited and she has been feeling sick after eating the food. She had a burger and I had a chicken sandwich and together with calamari and it's sad to say it was worse than what I had in highschool. I didn't take a bite out of her food but my sandwich was bland. And with that the calamari felt like it was microwaved - oddly chewy and the breading was soggy and flavorless.   I visited Dave & Buster’s for the first time and really enjoyed it! We had so much fun playing all the arcade games and trying different activities. The atmosphere was lively and perfect for hanging out with friends. The prices are pretty decent since everything works on a points system—you can play so many games with the amount you load onto your card. The points you win can also be redeemed for food and other rewards, which makes it even more exciting. We didn’t get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next time I go. Overall, we had a great time and made some fun memories!

  We attended Dave & Buster’s for their Super Bowl event that advertised all-day play, unlimited wings, and specialty seating. Overall, the event itself was fun and the viewing experience was good, but there were several frustrating issues with communication, service, and the overall environment. The biggest issue was the confusion around “all-day play.” We arrived around 4:00 PM specifically to take advantage of that, only to be told that play did not actually start until 5:30. One employee even said, “I know it says all day, but it’s all day after 5:30,” which does not really make sense. I am not blaming the staff for what the website says, but the explanation was confusing and felt dismissive, especially since we planned and drove there based on the wording. It was also unclear whether this was a Dave & Buster’s wide policy or something specific to this location. After speaking with a manager, we were eventually given passes, which we appreciated, but the process was unnecessarily frustrating. Another issue was that no one explained the game restrictions. Our passes initially did not work on most machines, and we had to go back to ask why, only to be told they only worked on blue games. That information would have been very helpful upfront. Service was also quite slow. We ordered wings before halftime and did not receive them until late in the third quarter, well over an hour later, and we had to remind staff multiple times that we were still waiting. That said, our server was genuinely very kind and clearly doing his best, and we really appreciated him. This felt more like a staffing or system issue than his fault. Finally, the environment itself felt a bit uncomfortable at times. During one of our games, a random person interrupted us to ask for money, which felt strange and not something that should be happening inside the venue. I know Super Bowl night is overwhelming, and we tried to be patient and understanding throughout. However, when you are spending that much money and planning your night around what is advertised, clearer communication, better organization, and a more controlled environment would make a big difference.
