  Mix feelings. Seems to be more for adults but teens seems to love it, the problem the i see as a father is the there isn't a security messur to prevent missing teen like Chuck cheese does. My daughter when to check her card balance and I freak out the i lost sight of her. She just my thought 💭. We had a great time.

  I have been here twice in the past week and I have to say not that my game card is gone I don’t know if I will be back. The first time the service was horrible and the food was okay the wings are decent. Thought we would go back try again different server, he may have been even worse it’s like in almost felt some sort of discrimination like he couldn’t be bothered with us . I have a toddler and I always try to make it easy because I know how crazy things can get. But feeling disappointed…

  We normally come here often, but we wanted to dine here on New Year’s Eve at the bar. We waited for 25 minutes to be served and two bartenders just pretty much stared at us and instantly served people who sat right next to us. To be fair, one of bartenders was serving the walkup counter. When we got up to find another spot then the bartender who just sat and stared at us and said "Have a nice night!" It’s just simply no excuse to just ignore two paying customers; even if the bartender thought we were young, they could have carded us. If the service keeps being like this, we definitely aren’t going to come back.

  Man we have tried this place a couple of times now with the same result. The service is slow and the food is bad. I.e. I had a salad! It was bad! Like how can you make a salad bad!! And my daughter had fish and chips which were just dripping in oil. I think you would be better off going next door and eating at lazy dog and play games and D&B

  While the arcade was fun, it was incredibly overpriced. None of the staff members seemed to know what they were doing. We asked the employee at the kiosk how to get the food+tokens discount, and he told us to ask a server. The server told us to use the kiosk the kiosk employee was supposed to be assisting with... When seating for our meal we were told to sit in the back of the restaurant, and then told after half an hour of waiting that the spot we sat in was for reservations only- long story short we were only served at our final table, the third we'd been instructed to sit at, a full hour after we had initially tried to get food. It took another 40 minutes to get our food, with a server almost delivering us someone else's meal in the meantime, and when the food arrived it was terrible. The chicken my partner ordered was visibly burnt and inedible, and the burger I had ordered was made incorrectly. It came made with a sauce I had specifically ordered not to be included for fear of an allergen, since the menu did not list the ingredients for the sauce, which was frankly dangerous. We requested a refund on the food, and were met by a manager who was belligerent and degrading. Rather than apologising for the frankly horrible service he yelled at me and my partner and talked down to us and the staff member who served us. He was completely dismissive of my allergy, and scoffed at me when I explained the problem. Eventually he revealed he had already compensated us for our meals prior to coming to our table to speak with us, which was frankly astounding, as we had only just then made the request to him, which tells me that not only was he aware of the mistake, he was aware that the food was so awful we would want to get it refunded, and had done so premptively. I am floored by the sheer audacity with which he behaved. He stormed off without speaking further, leaving the poor server to apologise in his absence, and we made it very clear to her that she had done nothing wrong, she had been nothing but polite and didn't deserve to be abused by her boss like that. It was utterly unacceptable. We will not be returning. I do not recommend ever eating here, and frankly, there are better, less crowded arcades to take your family or significant other to.
