    Food was good as usual. Some locations skimp you, or don’t cook the meat right, but this location was good. Good customer service and very friendly staff as well.

    I've been to many Chipotles around the US and never experienced bad service until now at the Fairfax location on Lee Street. This time I ordered takeout, and the portions were like gourmet food really small portions —what's wrong with them? The service was awful. The flavor was different. The atmosphere was horrible. Truly one of my worst Chipotle experiences.

    This location had its own problems in the past, but this location ended up being our favorite go-to-place for Chipotle. They are very consistent and their service improved a lot. I feel welcomed here.

    I don’t eat Chipotle often, but the one time I did, I found hair ingrained in the guacamole. That tells me whoever prepared it wasn’t wearing a hair net. It was extremely gross and completely turned me off. I won’t be eating Chipotle again for a long time.
