If you come here around 1-2pm, definitely be prepared to deal with a big crowd, as if you will be waiting outside of the door. Service is ok. I've had some nice servers, and others who were not so great, but something I've noticed about this Chipotle is that they give you the tiniest portions of protein and bean. I once got three literal black beans on my bowl, and two steak meats, which isn't worth the price that you pay, but sometimes I've had servers give a generous amount of meat. Rice can be a bit mushy and salty at times too, but mostly I've had good experiences. I would come back here, but I am always thinking whether the next experience will be good or bad. The GMU Chipotle definitely needs some consistency with their service and food quality.
