  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location today. I ordered two bowls, a few sides, and drinks. At the beginning of the line, I asked for extra rice on both bowls. On the first bowl, the employee only gave a very small amount of extra rice, and on the second bowl she didn’t add any extra rice at all. Instead, she pushed the bowl down the line with noticeable attitude rather than acknowledging the request. As I continued down the line, some employees were polite, but others were very rude and not communicative. When I got to the register, there was a girl and a guy working there. The girl asked if I needed chips or drinks and I said “no thank you.” The guy then interrupted and asked the same question again even though I had already answered. I repeated “no thank you.” He then told me the total, which seemed higher than usual, so I politely asked if any promotion or deal had been applied. Instead of responding, he just stared at me and repeatedly said the price again without answering my question. Because there was a long line behind me, I decided not to argue and just paid. After leaving the line, one of the bowls was leaking through the bottom from the meat. I went back inside to politely ask for an extra bowl. Patiently waiting , the same employee from the register looked at him and said “what do you want?” in a very rude tone. On top of the service issues, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was also concerning. The tables in the dining area were not clean and looked like they had not been wiped down. The food line area where the food was being served also looked messy and dirty. I understand that food service can be stressful, but the level of attitude from some staff members and the lack of cleanliness made the experience very unpleasant. I hope management can address both the customer service and cleanliness at this location so future customers have a better experience. I would appreciate someone from management looking into this situation and following up, as this experience was very disappointing compared to what I normally expect from Chipotle.

  where they have the corn, pico, guac, etc is very messy i got a kids meal and half a scoop of sour cream was on my rice and they gave me 4 pieces of chicken on my quesadillas like what

  Rude service from the female African American lady who gave me literally half a spoonful of steak (like 7 pieces of steak) when I asked for a little more she said it would be extra. This chipotle SKIMPS on portion sizes. Don’t come to this location unless you want rude service and small portions. Workers gave me a dirty look like I was doing something wrong just by asking for a normal spoonful of meat. Absolutely unacceptable, horrible service. If I was a male customer they would have given me a normal portion size. Avoid this location!

  I usually go to this chipotle after the gym and work around 8-10 at night, and it’s usually an experience… staff is outright rude and look at you like they want you dead when you ask for double meat. Today, I went at 2:00 and saw their Saturday afternoon team, and they’re so much better! Lupita(I’m sorry if I’m misspelling your name) was amazing! She was kind, and gave me good portions that were extremely fresh! The building was 100x cleaner and had a way better atmosphere than what I usually see. If I had to rate late nights it would be a 3/5, but I’m bumping them up for the great work of their Saturday morning team!
