  When you walked in and Omari is working (on duty), the friendly beautiful smile she welcomes you with is very inviting and makes CAVA more appetizing. This in turn makes you want to come back again and again... It is not just a job for her because I can feel that it means more than just a job for her. Omari, thank you for making CAVA Fairfax so inviting 💞💕💝. I believe that if Omari could train others to be like her, CAVA Fairfax would be the best place to eat Mediterranean foods THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH, OMARI ✨️

Its excellent staff, very friendly and most importantly willing to solve my doubts as a first-time customer.   I’ve been a regular customer CAVA FAIRFAX location for a long time, but this visit was very uncomfortable. The employee helping me was clearly upset when I asked for some items from my two bowls to be placed on the side. Her tone of voice and body language showed frustration and anger. It honestly felt like she was annoyed just because I customized my order. Despite her attitude, I stayed polite and continued giving my order. I even double-checked to make sure all the items were included because I didn’t feel confident after seeing how she was reacting. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or judged for simply ordering their food the way they prefer. Very disappointing customer service experience.
