- DCDenny Cheng2 days ago1.0I had a very frustrating experience at this Dunkin/Baskin-robbins location (store#353496 I stopped by on a rainy day and waited at the ice cream for 3 minutes,but was completely ignored. I then went to the donut counter,ordered 2 apple fritters and 3 scoot of ice cream. The communication was a total disaster. The staff Claudia) told me to “pay over there but apple fritters pay here)and after I followed her instructions, I was told again to pay ice cream over donut counter . I ended up having to wait in another long line for 10 mins just to complete my purchase. The entire process was ridiculously inefficient and disorganized. I was bounced back and forth between registers for no reason, wasting nearly 30 minutes of my time. ( I’m running out of my patience,I gave $8.00 keep change then walk out of door)The staff seemed clueless about the checkout process. I will not be returning to this location.

When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find my order or any record of my order. I had a feeling something was off when the gentlemen who took my order over the phone didn't ask any questions, like what kind of pie crust or topping. I've had other issues in the past with this location. Other years, when I've gone to pick up they've had a hard time finding my order, but this was the first time they didn't have it at all. I definitely won't be going to this location any more.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
