I made a mistake and placed a catering order for Valentine’s Day heart shaped bagels after they had already closed for the night. When I showed up the next morning, the team informed me that they made my bagels fresh on the spot. They completely went above and beyond to fix my error. Not only was the service incredible but the bagels were warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. 11 out of 10 would recommend. Thanks for everything.
