  Had a great experience at Coastal Flats in Fairfax. Our waiter, Darwin, was fantastic—very attentive, made sure I enjoyed my drink, and consistently checked in to see if we needed anything else. The food was excellent, the vibe was lively yet comfortable, and the service really stood out. Overall, a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be going back!

  We went to Coastal Flats for the first time last night. The service was excellent, the food superb, and the atmosphere relaxing. A great venue to enjoy a relaxing evening after a long work week!

  Very lively place, they have wine tasting while you wait to be seated and a nice selection of wine and a nice chill bar to taste text and drink while you wait. The for is excellent and the staff is amazing.

  One of my favorites. The crab fritters, ozzie rolls, and smoked salmon are a must try. The reservation system is so helpful. The service is quick and friendly. Food is always hot and delicious. Highly recommend.

  Wow. I have been going to Great American restaurants for a couple of decades and never had an experience like I did today. When we arrived we were seated quickly and efficiently as usual but everything went down from there. First we sat at the table for 5+ minutes before anyone came by and that only happened because I signaled a manager. They brought my coke and it was flavorless and it took a while to get someone to come by to fix it. We put our orders in and my wifes meal came out right away without the beer she ordered. We waited another 5 minutes and I asked the waitress about my meal, when she brought my wifes drink. She seemed confused and went to check. 5 minutes later my salad and entree arrive together. The steak is undercooked and under seasoned. I was too hungry to send it back. Once we finished our meal we got no attention so I made I giant stack of all our dishes and pushed it close to the edge of the table. After 3 passes a manager saw it and cleared the table without a word. I asked for the check, he handed it to me, I paid and that was it. The manager never said one word to me during that whole interaction. Coastal flats I am embarrassed for you. Everyone just head down the street the Ozzie's it's amazing, same idea at this place, so skip it. Well ok the Ozzie rolls were great but it ends there.
