  3 stars is generous. I was in there for 20 min and 6 employees were standing on the floor doing nothing as I waited. I had to remind them 4 times to make it. Like ik things r cooking but genuinely nobody was using their brain in there & it pissed me off. There was just one person cleaning. They were great. My food was 15 min late. I wouldn’t be mad if there weren’t literally 6 ppl doing nothing while the ingredients for my food sat there. They were nice & had goodish guest service tho. Tell ppl y their food is late tho cus the woman next to me was pissed & couldn’t assume.

  Beans and rice have no flavor and meat looks kind of raw. The lady cashier was so so so rude and was scrambling to do my order and it wasn’t even busy. Very rude workers and food wasn’t good.

  I have to say that this location is a shame. The customer service is bad. As I was in front of the bar order. There is no one notice me until I say "hi" loudly. And my burrito was terrible. The rice is undercooked and the sprite has only carbonated water. There is no sweetness, there is no tasting in my drink :))

  I just came to this place they couldn’t even get my son’s order right because of their lack of listening rushing for no reason when there was no line behind me, i could hear some employed saying “hurry up, hurry up with these orders” terrible, please work on your costumer service.
