  Second day in a row now they forgot an item in our order. We go here all the time and never had an issue. Not sure what's going on.

  The French fries in very bad condition such a large company should take care of what it sells a little more, the French fries were stale and it is noticeable that they did not change the oil, please be unpleasant more careful.

  Order number: 330191942 Restaurant: Chick-fil-A Fairfax Circle #01831 Date: 04/02/2026 I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent decline in service at this Chick-fil-A location in Fairfax. This restaurant has always been one of my favorite places to go. In the past, the food was consistently good—I especially enjoyed the salads—and the staff was always kind, polite, and welcoming. The overall experience used to be very positive. However, my recent visit was very surprising and disappointing. The level of customer service has noticeably changed. I was not greeted upon arrival, and there was very little to no interaction from the staff. My order was simply handed to me without any verbal communication, courtesy, or even a smile. There was no acknowledgment at all, which felt very impersonal. In addition, the portion sizes were disappointing. The salad seemed to be only half of what I would normally expect, and the toppings were minimal. Overall, the quantity did not reflect the standard I have previously experienced at this location. This experience honestly felt very different from what Chick-fil-A is known for. At times, it reminded me more of a McDonald’s or even a convenience store-type environment like 7-Eleven, where the level of customer interaction and service is very minimal. That is not the experience I have associated with this restaurant in the past. Additionally, after eating the food, my husband experienced diarrhea, which is also very concerning. Overall, the warmth, friendliness, and attention to detail that once defined this location seem to be missing. I share this feedback respectfully, but with genuine concern, in hopes that attention will be given to restoring the high standard of both service and quality that customers have come to expect.

  While the line for the drive through is long, it's worth the wait! The human in-person order takers are always pleasant and helpful, and the food fresh and yummy, especiallythe milk shake. Just be careful if you have a common name, double check to make sure you have your order! Lol

  I love this Chick-fil-A location. The staff is always friendly and the service is consistently great. Joe at the drive-thru especially stands out. He’s very welcoming, personable, and makes the whole experience better every time I come through. Little things like that really make a difference, and it’s one of the reasons I always enjoy stopping at this location.
