Every time we come in, she recognizes us and greets us with the warmest smile. It’s clear that she truly cares about the customers and wants everyone to have a great experience. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect, and her kindness and positive attitude make a big difference. Customer service like this is rare, and it’s one of the reasons we keep coming back. Thank you, Mrs. Paubla, for always making our visits so welcoming and enjoyable!

I met the custodian on the way out, she was so helpful, initiated to help me with my drink. 🙏 I left there about 5:38pm 3/6/26. Thanks so much Chick-Fil-A for offering such awesome foods, service and environment for us to dine in. Love the cleanliness, the staff constantly on top of their duties to keep the floor, tables, tables, etc. Clean, nice and neat. Love the real flowers in the vases, make my day 😍. It is so generous (nowaday) of Chick-Fil-A still having the sauces, silverware, etc out for customers to take freely 🙏. Can't say enough about my apprciations. Thank you 👍🙏
