  The drive-thru board says that a large lemonade is $3.49. The total came to $5.18. When I told them that the board was $3.49, they repeated the total with an attitude. When I got to the window and told them that the said $3.49, she still said with an attitude, "I know. We have to change it." I told them that I didn't want it.

  The drive up attendant was in a rush to get our order and rushed to get us out when there was no one behind and they don’t seemed busy at all. I been trying to call the store because she rushed and forgot to give me my chili as well didn’t ask if we needed anything else, when we drove up to the window she basically threw the bags at us and didn’t give us not even a straw.

  Went through the drive through and waited several minutes to be told that the drive through was closed at 230pm on a Saturday. Went inside and ordered and it took 15mins to get my food. There was only 2 customers waiting for their orders. After placing my order I was noticing how dirty the place was. Floors were sticky and trash on the floor. The worst part of my experience there was the food poisoning that I got after eating my Dave's deluxe. This place needs to do better.

  Worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had, and from the comments, looks like I’m not alone. Waited a few minutes at the register without being acknowledged, so I ordered in the app, used the restroom, and took my dog out. Came back in 10 minutes later, and the order still wasn’t done. Someone who ordered from the register after I came back in from walking the dog got their order almost instantly. You’re in business because of your customers. Try to act like you care.
