- TJTimothy JonesNov 20, 20251.0Horrible experience!!! Buyer beware. On Friday, November 14, 2025 at approximately, 6:30 A.M. I stopped by the restaurant to pay now and pick up at 12:00 P.M. six (6) different sandwiches. The lady/employee working at the time...gave me significant push back....we're going to be busy with catering until then...we don't have time to make the sandwiches....she called her manager...we spoke on the phone...the manger stated the same..I will not have time to make the sandwiches...the manage suggested...she will make the sandwiches immediately then...allow the sandwiches to sit for six hors for pick-up...huh...OMG. Why would any one in the restaurant busy allow customer food to purposely...deliberately sit and knowing the potential of food poisoning? Subway motto is "fresh". This Subway actions does not support "fresh"!!
