Close to 12 minutes and even then the sandwich was made before the coffee and then the guy came to the window with an iced coffee! Nope, 1 black, 1 with cream. Go across the street to McDonald's, probably better coffee and maybe a shorter wait time. Certainly not what I thought for a fast food drive through.

Makes me the wrong drink and over charges me. I request a refund another 20 minutes I ask the lady for a manager she is the manager. Finally gives me a refund recharges me for the right drink. No apologies no would you like me to at the very least reheat your sandwich nothing. Customer service is so important and lacking at this Dunkin.
