My experience was that I was waiting for someone to come to the register and take my order. I didn't have to wait long, the young lady walks to the register and stares at me. Didn't say a word so I just gave her my order. The customer behind me wasn't familiar with BoJangles like myself and asked the same young lady, what is the steak biscuit and received the response "it's a steak biscuit" 🤔 😳 She asked the question again and received the same response again. There was a gentleman in the dining area cleaning and was doing a very great and detailed job.
