  Emporia finally gets a chick-fil,-a sadly it’s the temu version. Stopped here for the first time today and my Dr Pepper was dark, flavorless, club soda and my nugget meal was extra dry without the sauce I asked for at the drive thru when I ordered and the window where I got my food.

  This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I've been to. What's the point of having a two-lane drive-through that hardly even blocks the lane? No one can see it until they reach it, and then they can't move over as no oke will let you in.. Got up to the front the lady didn't even exsepted the right Chick-fil-A order so had to wait a total from originaling getting in the line to now a total of 40 mins. Than when I did get my food they forgot my milkshake so than I had to wait again. Worst drive-through experience.

  I put a mobile order in to try to get through the drive-through a little faster. They had one person working the drive-through and only had one lane open then when I finally got to the employee to let them know, I had a mobile order. It took me a couple minutes to get to the window once I got to the window I sat there for 10 minutes or more listening to an employee talk with other employees about inappropriate things that weren’t work related. Nobody came up to me and apologized for the wait time or anything. There was a little more fast pace once the manager came out and started to get everybody moving, but when the manager was telling the employee how to make the line move faster she was giving attitude back right in front of me. The employee looked like she hated her job when serving me. I have never waited as long as I did this evening on April 6, 2026. I am very disappointed in the service that I received at this new location this evening.

  If I could, I would give them a zero. Absolutely horrible service in the drive-thru—no sense of urgency at all. There was a huge line in both lanes, and meanwhile they were acting completely clueless and messing around, laughing like nothing was wrong. I placed an order for drive-thru pickup, and there was honestly no point. It took the exact same amount of time as the regular drive-thru. Completely disappointing.

  Food like always was delicious. This is the first time in my life. I thought I was at a different fast food restaurant while waiting in the drive-through line. It took 17 minutes from the time I got into the line till I got my meals. I’ve never seen Chick-fil-A this slow anywhere. Personnel inside were kind, but unable to meet the demand. What
