- MFMrs. FinchamNov 5, 20251.0Today I placed a very simple order of a cold cut sub 6" with just meat, cheese, lettuce and extra mayo. I got back to my job and noticed that the bread was HARD (either toasted or stale) and the sandwich was dry. I called and Lexi picked up to which I explained the situation and the response was it was not mad wrong. She was combative, argumentative and offered no solution, so I then asked for information to speak with the manager. I spoke with the manager, and she left and even more sour taste in my mouth which got even worse. The only solution was to hold on to the sandwich and bring it in and THEN they can correct the problem. I guess I'm not expected to eat lunch. She then said she would call and see what was going on yet took no number/name to contact me back. The ball was dropped all the way across the board and the customer service even worse. I've included the "hard" bread that Lexi referenced and the squirt of mayo I got in the corner of the bread.

Lexi answered the phone, first thing I wasn't sure if I called the store based on the way she answered. Another one of my co-workers called because her order was incorrect as well. Lexi was very argumentative said that she made the orders correctly. She gave us the mangers number, and she was not helpful either. This was the worse experience I've ever had! 1 star but if I could give them no stars I would.
