  App said food would be 20 minutes for done in. Waited almost an hour and the excuse was that every order is in red by the operating partner. At least 2 orders that came in after me got their orders because they complained. I didn't even get an apology, what is your name so I can expedite it...nothing. Will go jack to my usual Panera

  worst location, waits are 45+min typically and food isnt fresh. Needs new management or training

  Staff is so amazing here! I had just grabbed my bag of food and on my way out, I sprained my ankle. One of the employees, Mariel (I think was the name), and the manager Tyler were so kind and helpful to me. They got me ice and helped me to a seat and waited with me while I waited for family. So thankful for their assistance and kindness! Food was very good too, especially after all that :)

  I walked in for a cup of coffee. Had to use the machine, not an employee to order. Machine was broke and not one employee offered to assist, so I left, and went to Starbucks next door. They were awesome.

  I hang at Pan every week for business meetings and enjoy it. The only thing I'm disappointed about is the fact that they are starting to cap all of the power outlets so people can't utilize it to plug in and do work. I understand if people are just coming in to do work but not consuming any products, but for those of us who are consuming, we should not be penalized for the fact that this few are not. Also, the bathroom should be clean on a regular basis with a note on the door to mention when the last time was that a member of their staff cleaned it or straightened it. There's been many times where i've gone into the bathroom and there's urine on the floor, paper towels or it just looks dirty overall.
