The menu did not specify the type of onion on the gyro.. it just stated raw onions.. after speaking to 3 employees.. I explained that I was allergic to red onions to each person I spoke to.. After remaining on hold for 30+ minutes I was told that it was my fault for ordering the food and I should had told them I was allergic to red onions when I placed my order.. I explained I had ordered this same thing from the Lake ridge location and the gyro came with white onions.. I was then told I would not be given a fresh order or a refund because it was my fault.. they kept my money and I couldn't even enjoy my meal.. I won't be ordering from here ever again.. I felt the staff was extremely disrespectful and insensitive.. would not recommend..
