I was told my available balance was locked from some system error and they can’t fix it. In 2025 they can’t unlock gift cards by entering in credentials. I’ve never seen such horrendous customer support in my life and that’s not an exaggeration. Not only did I waste my time, I wasted my money. Even when my gift card is unlocked, I will never EVER, dine here again. I won’t give any time or money to a company that doesn’t excel in good customer service. With the revenue this company earns, you need to invest in a better IT department and gift card system. It’s horribly outdated.

Please have consistent protocols in place, like placing large orders away so the public can’t just walk away with them. Also have customers show proof of purchase. My order was supposed to be ready at 11:19am. I arrived with my family at 11am and staff confirmed that the order was received and it should be ready at 11:19am. We tried to pass some time doing an errand, got a message it would be ready at 11:32am, and we arrived at 11:34am. I have young children with special needs. Please do better. Mezzeh, Chipotle- they all consistently implement these security measures. You all can too. We appreciate the efforts of Jules and manager to help the situation.
