- MGMichael Green5 days ago1.0This location has got to be the WORST Baskin-Robbins on earth! Their customer service is HORRIBLE!! Also, their ice cream is freezer burnt! They make you feel like you're DISTURBING them when you come in. Actually I thought they were closed down. Whenever I drive by there's never any cars in the parking lot. Thankfully, they have a soft serve ice cream store directly across the street. They have BETTER ice cream and customer service!!

When tried making sure she heard me right in what I was wanting as there was too much noise going on employee in a condescending tone said she knew what she was doing. When I told her customer service was bad , she walked away without helping me after I had already paid and asked another employee to help out. I then took my money back and left. Will never visit this store again.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
