  tried the Arby's steak bites and for anyone else curious about them you DO NOT need to try it just trust me when I say it's bad they don't taste or have the texture of steak they don't even taste like beef and the texture is more similar to like the worst ribs you've ever had everything else I had was good tho so four stars

  We were out taking care of errands during the day and decided to stop for lunch at Arby's. We came in, waited just a moment for one employee to come take our order but she was very prompt, curteous, friendly. Took our order correctly. The food was good. The sandwiches were the best part of the meal in my opinion. The fries could have been fresher. They were dry like they had been sitting in the warmer just a little bit too long. The tea could have been just a hair sweeter (I'm a southern sweet tea person). Overall I was happy with our experience. The building was clean inside and out which I appreciate.

  Very bad experience at Arby’s – 23511 Overland Dr, Dulles, VA 20166 I ordered a beef burger and a chicken burger and asked the employee to make them fresh. He said they would be. When I got to my car and opened the bag, the beef burger was clearly not fresh. I ate it because I was in a hurry, but when I opened the chicken burger, it looked disgusting and definitely not fresh. I went back and explained what happened to another employee, but he was rude and even gestured with his hand for me to stop talking. He said he would make me a new one, but after waiting just two minutes, I got another burger that was even worse than the first! Honestly, the food and service at this Arby’s location are terrible. I do not recommend it at all.
