  The Employee Yousif is such a joy to the place, very nice, welcoming , and managing the crowd efficiently 😃 it was very crowded but he managed well!

  Wrong order. I wanted a 12 count nugget. The tag on my bag said it was supposed to be. But it was a spicy sandwich. It was too late to correct as I had to board my flight. I’ve never had an inaccurate experience with chick-fil-a in my life. Until today. Lesson learned.

  We go to Chick-fil-A for the gold standard of service they’re known for. This location still carries the name, but it doesn’t live up to the standards you expect, especially compared to other airport locations. It really needs a solid manager. The employees just don’t seem to care. I watched them mess up my first frosted coffee, blow the top off, and spill it all over the floor. No one came to help, she just tossed some paper towels down and moved on. On the second attempt, I almost tipped it over myself while watching the employee make it. She grabbed the lid from the inside without gloves, even though other workers handling food were wearing them. That’s unacceptable. They also rush you through without asking about sauces. I had to stop and ask, and she just handed me Chick-fil-A sauce when I actually wanted sweet and spicy. At one point, another person, not even in uniform, was going through the cash drawer while drinks were being made, taking cash out and putting it into a Chick-fil-A bag right in front of me. I hope that was an employee, but it didn’t look right. The food I did get was only lukewarm. Overall, this place just isn’t meeting basic food prep or service standards. Chick-fil-A corporate really needs to take a look at this location.

  In was passing through here on layover, so keep in mind of your flight is near the end of D terminal, know that you don't have a lot of choices. It's either this, Dunkin Doughnuts or Starbucks. This is by far worst choice, I say that based on personal experience. The good: They're trying to be polite and professional, however due to their (I'm guessing) Pakistani strong accent (maybe Indian accent, which same thing), they're hard to understand. Really hard. Personally, I have no problem with this as I do have accent as well, but I can see how other customers react and I do feel their pain. There is almost no wait for food. The bad: Where do I start? Prices- a meal and extra plain chicken sandwich was over $30. Can't remember the price exactly, but you get airport prices. Absolutely ridicilous. Soda has no flavor, just the fuzzy part. Fries tasted like they were made hour before. Maybe two, I dont know, just cold, not fresh. Tasteless. Chicken, looks like it but doesn't smell like it or has any flavor. I bet my shoe laces would have more flavor. Two pickles which came on chicken sandwich did taste like pickles. At least something tastes properly I guess? Machine will ask you to leave the tip. Tip for what??? Am I dining here or taking out? Want more money, ask employer, not me. That's not how we do things in Europe. Bottom line, based on personal experience: They have chik fil a logo on their stand, but not their standard. Save your money, starve to next flight, do not leave your money here. If I made mistake buying here, you shouldn't. It is that bad, no joke.
