  Best hamburger joint in Dublin by far! The Biggie deals are unbeatable, and I always substitute my fries for a chili.

  Best Wendy's I have ever had! The food was fresh and the people were friendly. Very clean restaurant too.

  I've been to several Wendy's in my time, but a benchmark was the absolute best service. Best food I've ever had. Thank you to everyone there. This should be a benchmark for the company. Amazing!

  This is by far the worst run Wendy's in new river valley. And the people are SO RUDE when you have to wait on your food for 15 plus minutes and then still get cold fries

  Absolutely horrid customer service. No accountability for not having the orders correct. Dining room was closed due to being "short staffed" even though there were more than 4 people inside working. After we brought our incorrect order back to the drive through they were extremely rude and tried to intimidate us into keeping it and not remaking what they had messed up. Asked for a refund and was told no. Asked for a manager and was extremely disappointed with the way she ran her store. I did get the refund while also hearing the grown women in the back laughing ( I guess bc being a miserable person is fun for them). Thank God there was a Burger King nearby to show up and show out. Awful food, horrible management. I really hope they can get better staff so their store can thrive bc wendys, this is a failure. Wouldn't recommend this to an inmate about to be executed and needing a last meal.
