  First they were out of beef then the outside of the chalupa was as hard as a rock the refried beans were dry as could be the overall experience was terrible including the way the staff went about it all last night

  Its all a show an not a good one. Management needs training so you can only imagine how the tackling it... heard from the window. Cursing at customers request of food. Just horrible

  I got an order with several items. All the items in my order were correct and delicious, with the exception of the beefy five layer burrito I ordered. I ordered the burrito with no beef and swapped for beans instead. The burrito was filled with the driest beans I’ve ever encountered. They had a terrible flavor and texture making them inedible. I’m not sure what happened. Additionally the burrito was assembled in such a way that my first 8 bites would be plain, dry, old beans followed by 3 bites of just cheese and sour cream. I was really looking forward to my burrito, so it was pretty disappointing it was filled with old dry beans.

  Went to Taco Bell in Dublin, VA on Saturday and wasn't happy about the service. Ordered two of the box lunch meals. Didn't realize what a stupid error the cook had done until I got to the park where we were going to eat our meals. When opened the bag, the two box lunches weren't in a box. They were just thrown in the bag. That was the most irresponsible way of treating a paying customer. The male cook and the male that waited on me were very unprofessional. They didn't even thank me and acted though they were doing me a big favor and never smiled. If they didn't know how to greet a person or thank the customer then they shouldn't even be working there. I've stopped at a lot at Taco Bells in my travels and everyone of them treated you as you should be treated. I think these two guys should be taught how to treat customers or find another job. I doubt very much if I will stop here again.

  Waited 30min for food on mobile order. Customers came inside and ordered food and got their order before me. MOD claimed they was short staffed. They had 6 employees “working” . 2 of which was sitting in the office for about 15minutes. I understand being busy and short staffed but when order well before someone else I expect my food before them. This location is hit or miss more so miss the past few times I’ve gone. I wouldn’t recommend going here.
