  Lobby was mostly empty (maby 1 customer),every trash can was over flowing with trays of trash on top of cabinets including the drink area, not one table was fit to sit at from trash on/around/under,trays of trash on top. There were plenty of employees laughing, joking and having a good ol time while the lone cashier ran register/tried to stock/clean/run orders out side. Never in 20 years have I witnessed this store like this.

  Went through drive thru and placed order. Sandwiches were made wrong and the sweet tea was unsweetened tea. Took the sandwiches in to be remade. They remade them again 2 times and STILL got them wrong. My friend complained about the tea and the girl that practically threw out food at us in drive thru got belligerent and made threats and come out from behind the counter. Got up in my friends face like she was going to do something. 2 managers were on duty and never once did they reprimand her or have her escorted off McDonalds property. She should have been fired on the spot for her behavior. My friend has a pacemaker which got her all worked up and she experienced chest pains and was so mad and upset that she has been sick for the last 2 days over it. Something needs to be done to this employee and the managers for not handling it the way they should have. This was the McDonalds in Dublin, VA Store #11105. We got the employees first and last name from the guy manager that was on duty. If I could leave NO stars I would.
