  Good lord, as a former south Florida am and stand in gm, this store is SLOW. Owner or gm just sitting around chatting with shift manager while there's tickets on the line leaving the two inshop girls(who don't seem to have the slightest sense of urgency) to try and do their jobs. Lucky this store is in a slow truck stop, couldn't imagine that crew getting catering orders or platters🤣 also last night's bread was skinny and under proofed.

  Katie and Raymond are very valuable employees. They were very kind and helpful. It seems rare, these days, to receive such kind and genuine customer service. They are doing it all right. Take care of them.

  Ordered online, the app said my food was ready before I even arrived. When I got there neither employee acknowledged me. Finally I say excuse me I’m picking up a mobile order, my app said it was ready. Both employees looked at each other then started looking at their checks. Then told me oh we don’t have roast beef and then he listed multiple other meats. When I picked a different sandwich I was told he couldn’t make that because he was out of that meat as well. So I left with no lunch. I get stuff happens, but my issue was the lack of caring. They could have called to get a replacement rather than marking the food as ready? And how are you out of 5 different meats when your main food items are sandwiches? Will not be back to this location.

  This Jimmy John’s lacks the “freaky fast” quality that I appreciate at other locations. Definitely not worth stopping at on your road trip.

  I'm a stiffler when it comes to my food. Jermophobe, if you will. SUMMER and LAURA are exceptional ladies. Cleaned there hands before even touching the gloves, friendly, and clean. Its there job but they are alot of places that have those rules in place and isn't followed. I was so relieved to see them doing it right. I even told them that I was going to write a review on how great they did. These ladies need to be the trainers or at least get a raise. Either way, don't lose them.
