  Super clean store and the team members are always so friendly. I went tonight 12/30 and both the employees were so sweet. They even labeled which end to open my unwhich so it didn’t get messy. I manage a restaurant so I definitely appreciate this level of hospitality!

  For the third time going and they screwed up order once again. How difficult is it to toast when requested not to mention when u say no on certain add-ons and they still put them on...you do realize people have food allergies

  Carelessly made. More oil on the outside of the sandwich than the inside. I usually like JJ’s but this location is not the move

  I called to place a pick up order and the guy said he couldn't take it because they were understaffed. I can't quite wrap my head around that.

  Ordered the #8 the Bootlegger! First the service person put tomatoes on our sandwiches, then took them off because we had ordered without, she just threw them back into the container. After getting my sandwich home, I couldn't eat the bread due to being very old, hard and you could see, feel the bread to tell you it wasn't fresh from today's batch. First and last time there for that location! Very disappointed!
