Great Fazoli’s location! Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and consistently delicious food. The pasta is always hot and flavorful, and the breadsticks are unbeatable. Excellent value and fast service—definitely a go-to spot!

The last piece of a food culture that has nearly entirely passed us by. A $7.99 lunch deal including a drink and unlimited breadsticks in 2025? Unheard of- until we visited this amazing establishment. Breadsticks were more flavorful than Olive Garden, and the entire meal was less than half the price of OG. Tons of seating, felt clean and newly renovated, and the table service with real plates and hand shredded cheese- amazing. My only fault is that it’s 30 minutes from home or else I’d be coming much more often! It’s right off 81, and if we’re headed that way again, we’ll definitely be stopping by.

I had a horrible experience last night with my food that I ordered online. I went to the store, In which the first interaction I had was with a girl who was friendly until I asked for the manager. Then she proceeds to tell them there’s a lady out here that wants a manager in a sarcastic tone. The manager came out with an attitude and argued with me. He only agreed to replace part of it because I only had a picture of part of it. I did not have to provide a picture at all. Never have I ever had a manager argue with me and be so disrespectful and not want to replace my food that was obviously incorrect. I got a sampler that apparently comes with no cheese in the lasagna, so really is it lasagna? The portion sizes were extremely small and old. I got a loaded fettuccine Alfredo with gluten-free pasta. I asked for shrimp added to it and no bacon add mushrooms extra Alfredo. It is supposed to have Parmesan crusted broccoli in it. I told him that it was not it was regular broccoli and he argued and said that’s impossible because we make it in the morning. Tried to tell me that what he saw in my picture was cheese, after I mixed it up and the Alfredo spaghetti sauce. As if I can’t tell the difference between plain broccoli and broccoli with cheese on it. Also, based on food regulations is it really OK to fix broccoli in the morning and serve it all day long if that’s even true! I got no chicken, no extra Alfredo with spaghetti sauce in it and spaghetti noodles and not hardly any mushroom. When has it become a policy to argue with a customer? I used to do reviews of restaurants. I would give this a one. I also could not contact them by phone last night or this morning.
Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I could not eat my food last night. I have stomach issues and cannot do the marinara. My husband barely ate. When I told the manager that the sampler didn’t have hardly any portions in it and he said it’s a sampler it’s supposed to be small.
My question is why am I paying $30 for a small portion of food that’s made incorrectly.
