- KKKayla KeithJan 4, 20261.0If you have any dietary restrictions avoid this Dunkin, multiple times now I have been given dairy when my order requested an alternative. They also love to ignore products they are out of trying to get customers to leave without realizing they are missing items. The service is horrible often taking 30+ minutes for a simple order. This Dunkin is too new to be having all these issues, it needs a complete overhaul.

When I arrived, there was only one employee working, a woman with short red hair, who did an amazing job multitasking while staying positive and attentive. Shortly after, another employee arrived and immediately jumped in to help. He appeared very young and had brown hair. I’m including descriptions in hopes that management sees this review, because both of these employees are truly hard workers. I had placed a mobile order and accidentally selected a hot drink instead of iced. Even though the mistake was mine, they remade the drink without hesitation, which I greatly appreciated. This location consistently serves great drinks and food with minimal wait times. Highly recommend!

Just wondering are the employees trained to make drinks the same? Everytime I got I get something different even though I order the same thing it is never made the same everytime. The wait took at least 30 mins to get my order.

No doughnut selection,one or two employees are pleasant, the rest don't want to be bothered or look up from there phones. There's no one at the counter in the evenings. Had to get gas station attendant to get someone to wait on people in line. Drive thru is closed half the time. Just stay away. I'm done with this place, Jimmy Johns is an embarrassment to any Jimmy Johns you've ever been to and the chicken place is a joke as well!
