  Waited over one hour for a single iced coffee. If you have somewhere to be, dont come here. Management says "okay you have never made coffee a day in your life ? Awesome, we'll hire you & we wont train you either " this is thr saddest dunkin I have seen

  Dunkin is hit or miss for me. Ordering ahead does not make it faster, so you can’t be in a hurry — especially before work. I stopped going on my way to work because of the time constraints, even when I ordered ahead. I’ll still go when I’m not on a tight schedule. But the protein refreshers? Amazing! This visit they had my drink ready at pickup.

  The two ladies working became overloaded with orders. I believe one of them seems new and perhaps should have another person helping out so the orders weren't stacking up and customers waiting. We waited 20 minutes to place an order and receive it. My order was two doughnuts and a frozen coffee. They were even out of large cups so I had to downsize. If you're along an interstate perhaps keep another person who is trained to work especially on a holiday weekend.
