Drive-thru intercom is not work. Aftet you sit waiting for 3-4 minutes, then drive up to the window. Then to wait 2 more minutes, for them to open the window. Just To inform you that the system is not working, can NOT takes orders threw the window. You have to come inside to place your order..

The service people aren’t bad but the problem is this place hired 2 people to do the jobs of 5. Absolute garbage run establishment. Not the workers fault though. This is 100% on management and the owners.

I work nearby and just visited. I got a single combo and chili. Both were very good. Also, the drive thru lady was very pleasant and service was quick. I have a choice between two Wendys for lunch and I usually go here.

We went through the drive thru, my bf asked a second they said okay. When he was ready he said ready when you are the girl said Your gonna have to wait. We ordered, they got our order wrong my fries were cold. I asked for sauce they said they didn’t have that. When my bf realized they messed our order he asked could it be corrected they say no. Both workers had an attitude soon as we pulled up.
