  Some staff come across very indifferent to customers, others are fairly friendly. The coffee was awful.

  The huge heavyset white Female manager She knows exactly who she is too gave horrible customer service I waited in the drive-through for 35 minutes very patiently they gave me ice cream instead of the pie I ordered but they gave me plain ice cream saying they were gonna give me a sundae but I let it pass I got the fry and chicken nugget meal they did not give me any sauce which I need to eat that like without it the food is basically useless I went inside waited for another 10 minutes for no one to address me even though they looked at me multiple times so I finally said something they actually like they didn’t hear me wait another five minutes they didn’t act like they didn’t wanna give me a refund when all I was gonna ask them for my sauce but then I wanted a refund after it escalated the White manager woman was absolutely very unprofessional horrible customer service and she needs to be fired

  Excellent breakfast. Coffee, egg mcmuffin and hash browns all hot and tasty. Prompt, courteous service.
