  Should be 0 stars. Ordered on app and waited 25 minutes. No food was brought out to anyone and drive thru had 6 cars. First car was turned off with driver standing outside of car waiting. What the heck is going on??? Got a refund through Sonic corporate. This place should be shut down!

  What is up with those french fries, how horrible, they taste like dry dog food smells, got nothing but the crunchy hard fries that were cold, is it that hard to make fresh fries? This is my 3rd time getting them just to see if they get better, no they got worse, but the price for a very small fry 2.99 not worth it. The food is way to expensive for the lack of taste, The smashburger today had no seasoning on it, hardly any sauce and maybe 4 onions, and dry, I took one bite and had to put it up until I got home so I could fix it up so it would have a taste, sad that a combo almost 12 dollars couldn't be good, People work hard to be able to afford a nice lunch just to have it taste like crap. Last time I will give this place a try.

  Today makes the second time I have went to eat, pushed the red button, and did not receive any service. The first time I sat there for almost 30 minutes and this time I sat there for 20. There was only one other car there receiving service so they were not busy!

  The Triple Smashburger was aweeesome, yummy, but the french fries tasted like they were cooked in last weeks oil, and they were like the bottom of the barrell crunch and small.. went to the drive-in part first sat for 10 minutes pressing button no service, went through drive thru, the service seems mad, and tired.. no smiles, and a "here" when she handed me the bag. I would give the food 5 stars if the french fries were good.. If they keep the smash burger I will continue to go back. TIP* Put a smile on your face, if you don't like working with the public, get a different job.
