  Location does not have self serve drinks...McDonald's is trying to discourage free refills. Sad when that is already has a high probability

  This place is seriously a joke, and I’m not even sure you can consider it “fast food”. Every single person in line has had to pull into a curbside and the first car has been waiting at least 15 minutes. I only ordered a cheeseburger happy meal (that will probably be wrong) and I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes already. Honestly, just shut the location down at this point.

  Food was great, but took over 15 minutes in curbside, so we ate food there. Then we understood why, manager guy was out there vaping and smoking. more times than caring for service. He came outside to chill then crew came to bring customers food. We felt like we were not in the parking lot of a restaurant, but dome vape shop that sells food. Know its a Friday 13 th....but ummm...Where is the Professionalism and Excellence. Do they realize a restaurant is viewed inside and outside!!! We will be goi g back though cause its our neighborhood McD's...we hope it gets better!!!

  First thing that happened when I got there, a woman was getting a refund for hair in her food. I looked around and no one was wearing a hair net, but everybody had big hair. Stood at counter for 10 minutes, ignored by staff.20 minutes to get food after finally ordering. Would have left but was meeting someone there.

  Need cones of some sort to block people from holding up the entrance due to them being stupid and not knowing how the drive through works. People just stay in the entrance to quickly get in drive through line like the burgers are going to grow legs and run away…
