They were out of fries and cheese at the location. Apparently there's no way to update that on the app and since I had to cancel my order, I couldn't leave feedback through the app. This isn't the first time something like this has happened at this Wendy's. Don't use your app and maybe just skip this location all together

Went to this restaurant one morning at 7:45 and was told that they were not set up yet to serve food. The sign says it's open at 630 in the morning. The other day one lady was very rude and when I asked for tw0 pants of mayo she only threw one in the bag when asked for the second one she looked disgusted any then threw the second one in the bag. I mean she threw them not put them in the bag.

They dont take reviews seriously so I have a list of things to call corporate about. including the nasty, bitter, attitudes of the employees, the failure to include straws or napkins with DoorDash orders and blatant disrespect when you ask for a straw. and the door to the dining room is locked, forcing handicap customers to walk back to their vehicle and try the other door. fast food is NOT complicated
