Yes I appreciate it being fresh but in all honesty what was the point in me ordering ahead I thank I would of came out quicker if I went through the drive through and placed my order like everyone else did .

Can't tell you how many times we have went home with a whole meal missing, or the frappe machine broke and they want to substitute with a cheaper item. If a machine is broke or being serviced they shouldn't let you order it in the app.

They were really busy and it's tough. Sometimes it is easier to get the small orders out of the way. They were trying, I just suggest the drive thru over the counter pickup at this location. They were really trying though.
