I ordered in the drive thru they acted like they couldn’t hear me and kept asking me to repeat myself in a certain tone but I’m keeping my cool I asked for a spicy deluxe and the food was warm 6/10. But when I checked my bag they forgot my sauces so I backed up and asked nicely and on top of that I was the only one there .. I asked the white girl with black hair and black glasses for my sauces and she just closed the window and I peeped her facial expression, another young man handed me the sauces (I did payed for them bc I don’t mind) . But they handed me so many packs of mayo tryna be funny .. and when I left she made another face at me . These people attitudes stay on negative

I recently stopped by the McDonald's location on Riverside, and I have to say, my experience was excellent. The food was fantastic; the Steak and Egg Biscuit I ordered was hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared—a solid start to my day.
What really stood out was the customer service. They informed me they were out of the Frappe I initially wanted, but the employee was quick to offer a generous solution, providing a large Iced Coffee in its place. This kind of thoughtful, proactive service is exactly what keeps me coming back.
The team here is efficient and clearly focused on customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this McDonald's!

Please get more workers in store. Waited 20 mins before order was taking. If you go in drive thru it's faster but not much they take your order and take your money and pull you down. This is not a fast food restaurant this is hope you get your food
