  I love this place, the waitresses are friendly, usually they don't take long to serve you and bring the food, the waiting time is less than 20 minutes and that's great! Without a doubt I recommend it and of course I will go again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to bring to your attention a troubling incident that occurred at your Danville, VA location on December 18, 2025, at approximately 11:15 a.m. My daughter and I visited for lunch and were initially greeted by a very courteous server who provided prompt service. We ordered a 10-piece buffalo wing meal for my daughter and a 10-piece garlic parmesan wing meal for myself. The food arrived quickly, which we appreciated. Shortly after, my daughter noticed she had only received 9 wings instead of 10. The server promptly corrected this oversight. However, when I began eating my garlic parmesan wings, I found them overwhelmingly spicy, as though they had been heavily doused in sauce rather than properly coated. I asked the server if I could switch to another flavor, and she kindly agreed to check with her manager. She returned and explained that the manager would only allow 6 wings to be replaced, despite my order being for 10. When I requested to speak directly with the manager, Mr. Clifton Glasscock approached our table with a hostile demeanor. His response to my concern was, verbatim: "We didn't do anything wrong. You picked this flavor and we are not in the business of taste testing here." I was shocked and embarrassed to be spoken to in such a dismissive manner, especially in front of other customers. Following this, the server apologized sincerely, and another manager, Adam (last name unknown), came to our table. Adam was extremely professional, apologized for the situation, and offered to remove my meal from the bill, which I greatly appreciated. He explained that Mr. Glasscock is both the general and district manager for several stores. While I respect that, I firmly believe his conduct was unacceptable and should be reported to higher leadership. As someone who works in customer service myself, I was appalled by Mr. Glasscock's behavior. Speaking to a customer in such a manner is unprofessional and damaging to your brand. I respectfully request that someone other than Mr. Glasscock contact me regarding this matter, as I am concerned, he may treat other patrons and staff in the same way. Thank you for your attention to this issue. FYI- I sent this to customer service, yet no one has contacted me.

  Maleena was an amazing waitress. She was on top of refills, condiments, napkins. You even took into consideration the needs of our baby. Our food was hot and fresh & came out in a timely manner!

  This has been hands down, the unicorn of Buffalo Wild Wings in recent years. I have always been a fan of their wing quality, sauces and wraps since my first visit (and by visit, I mean walking in for an interview and working in one for two years) but most locations since have had poor service, inconsistent food quality, and some are downright sticky and smelly 😬 The Danville location has been 100% on point, and I look forward to my next meal when I come to town! I really wish I remembered the name of my server for lunch today, she was great!!

  Alison and Adam came through today. I had picked up my order and didn't have sauce on my wings. Adam and Alison remade the order fresh for me. I appreciate when someone is willing to go the extra mile to correct a mistake.
