  Awful experience. My kids birthday was saturday. So we placed an order for 11 pizzas on friday morning. Over 24 hours in advanced. Called saturday morning 3 hours before pickup to confirm order was going to be ready (the dominos tracker did not work). They told me it wont show on the tracker but it "will be done for us on time". It was a scheduled order for 1pm. My wife arrived almost 30 mins early. They had not started. Claimed 6 order were ahead but none of those order were placed the day before. Then did not start making it till about 1pm. We payed over 100 dollars for pizzas and they were not ready on time. Absolutely terrible experience. Will not order from this location again.

  Ordered a pizza (ham, mushroom, pineapple & black olives) w/ parmesan cheese crust & an order of mango habanero wings (w/ a mango habanero dipping sauce). Ordered at 7:13 p.m. & didn't receive until almost 10 p.m. They kept changing the delivery time. Arrived stone cold. Crust was stuffed crust, NOT parmesan. Wings also stone cold & not cooked all the way. And no dipping sauce on the side. It was almost $30 with delivery fee & tip. NOT worth it. Even take out is a joke. The pizza is never right, it's like raw dough in the middle & the staff is beyond rude. I called last night to complain. Held 30 minutes before anyone answered the phone. They gave the phone to the "manager". I was trying to tell him what was wrong & he said "we're busy, what do you expect?" & hung up the phone.

  I had placed a order online, called the help desk because the address was wrong. They changed it, asked the young man if everything was correct to bring it to the new address. He confirmed that it would be. I check the tracker app, says food had been delivered. The driver didn't call as requested on delivery instructions. Called the store to see what's going on. I'm informed I'm outside the delivery zone. Adrianna told me I could come pick up my food. So I did, she returned the delivery fee but not the tip that I left. So I'll be in contact with management in the morning

  Forgot to deliver half of my order, said they added a credit to my account for a replacement at a later date, called back at a later date and no credit was in my account so I was just out of half of my money

  My husband and I did carry out and when we arrived my husband tried to open the door, it was locked so he rang the door bell and nobody came. There was nobody in there. Then I decided to call into the store, nobody answered. About 4-5 minutes later a young guy comes to the front and doesn’t even notice my husband standing there so he had to knock on the window. Finally he came and opened the door. It was NOT closing time by the way. Also, we ordered the chicken Alfredo and there was hardly any food in the bowl, the pasta was incredibly dried out and there was barely any sauce.
